The revitalization of the productive waqf board in Bambang Village was started to help the local people and support long-term development. This study aimed to overcome major challenges, such as the inefficient use of waqf assets, unclear legal status, and low community involvement. The program used a participatory method called Participatory Action Research (PAR), where local people helped find problems, plan solutions, and take action. The methodology included waqf asset legalization, agricultural development through Cavendish banana cultivation, and capacity-building programs for community members and waqf managers to improve their skills. The results showed that improving productive waqf helped the community and made life better for the people. The cultivation of Cavendish bananas not only optimized the use of idle waqf lands but also created a stable income stream that supported education, religious boards, and social welfare programs. Furthermore, the legalization of waqf assets reinforced governance structures, minimized potential disputes, and ensured their long-term sustainability. However, the study also found problems like a lack of economic and low public knowledge. The study revealed that revitalizing productive waqf board provided an effective approach to strengthening community empowerment and fostering economic development. The study suggested growing more crops, improving waqf management training, and using the same model in other poor areas. The findings demonstrated the significant impact of productive waqf in promoting self-sufficient and sustainable communities
